After 2 tours (8 years) with the US Marines, he worked at Bank of America for 6 months in Downtown Los Angeles. He went back to school to finish college at Cal State University, Northridge then went on to get his contractor’s license to work with his dad’s Architectural firm.
Sands serves as IPBOC’s Chief Operations Officer, Sr. Executive Vice President. Joined IPBOC as Executive Vice President of Operations in 2010 and assumed the responsibilities for IPBOC’s Sr. EVP in 2012. Between 2005 and 2010, Sands was a first hire of IPBOC as Operations Manager where she has helped the company grow from its infant stage to a 1200 seat call center operations that it is now.
As IPBOC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Blossom is responsible for accelerating growth and driving new business globally for IPBOC’s integrated suite of customer experience technologies and services. Her focus is on executing end-to-end strategies to advance IPBOC’s position in high-growth markets, expand existing client relationships, pursue new clients, and strengthen brand recognition across IPBOC’s target verticals.
Nearly twenty years of information technology experience specializing in network design and implementation, Information Security, and more recently Unified Communications. Some of the more notable engagements I have been involved with include a couple of data center migration projects, infrastructure-related including the deployment of a metro area network and several Cisco Call Manager installations. Prior to joining IPBOC Management Team, he was Managing Partner at DVV Technology Solutions.
Clay C. Vasquez

Mr. VASQUEZ, CEO and founder of Inter-Pacific Business Outsourcing Centre, LLC (IPBOC), has been an active leader in the Business Process Outsourcing industry in the Philippines for over 10 years. Mr. Vasquez, a dual USA/Philippines citizen brings with him the values and discipline acquired over two tours of service and honorable discharge as a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Prior to founding IPBOC in 2005, Mr. Vasquez had a successful entrepreneurial career in California buying and selling real estate in the early 2000 boom years. Later Clay Vasquez developed his own Los Angeles based telecommunications business focusing on building mobile carrier contracts for large companies including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless.
Mr. Vasquez then discovered a niche that turned his previous competitors into clients. Namely, US Cellular, Cell City Solutions, and the likes, Mr. Vasquez started IPBOC in the Philippines and offered BPO marketing and fulfillment operations to his previous competitors.

IPBOC has grown since 2005 from 2 to over 1200 seats and Clay Vasquez has seasoned and matured as an expert in delivering quality enterprise class services to his valued clients.

Sands Eugenio

Sands serves as IPBOC’s Chief Operations Officer, Sr. Executive Vice President. Joined IPBOC as Executive Vice President of Operations in 2010 and assumed the responsibilities for IPBOC’s Sr. EVP in 2012.
Between 2005 and 2010, Sands was a first hire of IPBOC as Operations Manager where she has helped the company grow from its infant stage to a 1200 seat call center operations that it is now. Prior to IPBOC, Sands spent 4 years at JP Morgan Chase, Manila, a customer management company, where she held various positions of increasing responsibility culminating in her role as a senior vice president.
Blossom Buenviaje

As IPBOC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, Blossom is responsible for accelerating growth and driving new business globally for IPBOC’s integrated suite of customer experience technologies and services. Her focus is on executing end-to-end strategies to advance IPBOC’s position in high-growth markets, expand existing client relationships, pursue new clients, and strengthen brand recognition across IPBOC’s target verticals of healthcare, financial services, technology, transportation, communications, and government.
Previously, Blossom was a Managing Director with Keller Williams in CA.; the largest, fastest growing real estate franchise in North America. At Keller Williams, Blossom held several senior executive roles with responsibilities crossing strategic direction and market assessment, collaborative development of new solutions, and building and revitalizing sales organizations to drive new market penetration and accelerate growth.
Jerome Daroya

Nearly twenty years of information technology experience specializing in network design and implementation, Information Security, and more recently Unified Communications. Some of the more notable engagements I have been involved with include a couple of data center migration projects, infrastructure-related including the deployment of a metro area network and several Cisco Call Manager installations. Prior to joining IPBOC Management Team, he was Managing Partner at DVV Technology Solutions for 8 years providing professional and expert advice in all areas of network design, configuration, and implementation. Provide technology solutions regarding pre and post sales support of various network engagements. And prior to that, he was Sr. Network Engineer at Warner Bros. for 7 years as lead operations support for network and security infrastructure.
