STEP 2: THE REASEARCH
Our experienced Recruitment team in the Philippines will then source, screen, interview and match candidates who are perfect for your role.
STEP 3: TEST & QUALIFY FOR YOU - ALL OBLIGATION FREE
We'll then send you the best candidates resumes including their hourly rate
STEP 4: INTERVIEW SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES
You choose which candidates you'd like to interview over skype
STEP 5: THE DELIVERY
After your choose your candidate, we organize the paper work and get them setup on your payroll system.
STEP 6: THE PRODUCTION
Staff are then set-up on our online management systems which accurately logs hours and adds screenshots, which gets delivered to you in a daily email
STEP 7: WE TAKE CARE OF YOUR PAYROLL
We'll check in on the staff regularly during their employment and provide ongoing support for you and your Virtual staff.
